活体血栓形成机理研究进展

摘要
活体血管壁损伤和损坏引起血栓的形成机制很复杂,涉及到血液和血管性质及局部的血液流动等诸多因素。本文论述了活体血栓形成的研究意义、内容、进展及其相应的基本理论与实验研究方法,重点评述了信号转导和血液动力学在活体血栓形成中的重要作用,分析了活体动物模型中的难点,并归纳了该领域内若干可供探索的途径和新方向。
