摘要：

<正>急性胰腺炎的发病率逐年上升,病死率日趋稳定。其发病早期会发生器官功能衰竭和全身炎症反应综合征;晚期会出现坏死组织的感染。目前,胰腺炎的治疗仍具有挑战性,具有高病死率、高致残率、高额费用的特点。本文就急性胰腺炎近年来的若干研究进展综述如下。
