摘要：

<正>随着我国人口快速老龄化和心血管危险因素的流行,我国心血管病发病率呈明显增加和年轻化态势。但心血管病治疗手段的进步,如急性心肌梗死的溶栓和急诊介入治疗,心血管病患者的死亡率下降,带病生存的人口急剧增长,我国正面对心血管疾病的"堰塞湖"现象。
