摘要：
In the new economy era,Enterprise Resources Planning(ERP)can no longer suit the needs of enterprise management.Neither ERP nor knowledge management can help the enterprise in China solve the management problem.This article,based on an analysis of the derivation and characteristics of Knowledge & Resource Management(KRM),points out that integrating ERP and knowledge management is the only way for enterprises to find a solution.
