血小板分析四项参数的正常参考范围

摘要：

采用 Coulter JT3型血细胞计数仪对531名正常人进行了静脉抗凝血血小板四项指标的测定。血小板计数男女间差异有显著意义,男性结果为(190.2±50.9)×10~9/L,女性结果是(199.5±50.5)×10~9/L。血小板压积男女差异有非常显著意义,男性为0.183±0.041%;女性为0.198±0.042%。平均血小板体积男女差异无显著意义,结果为10.2±1.68fl。血小板计数同平均体积间呈非线性负相关。血小板分布宽度的结果为16.8±0.63%,男女间差异无显著意义。
