电子商务立法研究

While electronic mails and electronic information play a more and more important role in the modern business, electronic commerce is widely used to refer to this kind business. In responding to the new challenges resulted from the development of information technology, many nations and international organizations have enacted legislatures or model law. In light of the legislatures and model law, this study discusses some important principles for electronic commerce, and the electronic contract and related legal or technological questions.
