摘要：

创业研究的一个关键问题就是探究创业者实施创业的心理认知机理和动力因素。本文首先从认知观出发,以创业自我效能感为切入点和主要研究对象,通过比较和实证研究来开发基于创业者角色的创业自我效能感模型;然后运用该模型验证创业自我效能感对创业意向的影响,并深入到过程层次揭示行为控制感的部分中介作用;最后从提升创业自我效能感和创业意向的角度探讨了创业教育的内容、重点和方式等问题。
