消费者对有机粮食溢价支付行为分析——以河南省为例

摘要
近期食品安全问题不断发生,消费者对食品安全更加关注,有机粮食面临新的问题和机遇。通过对河南381名消费者的调研,本文运用logistic模型和Pearson相关分析研究了消费者溢价支付意愿和水平的影响因素,并针对这些因素对有机粮食产业发展提出了一些建议。研究认为,消费者对有机食品认知程度、对食品安全与健康的关心程度、有机生活理念、口碑和品牌、信息成本降低及养育婴儿都会提高消费者对有机粮食溢价支付意愿;消费者的收入和知识水平、政府职能部门的认证及较高信息成本则会提高消费者对有机粮食的溢价支付水平;有机粮食的价格适宜定在普通粮食的1.5~1.8倍。
