摘要：

文章以文献数据库收集的31篇互联网群体协作的英文文献为主要样本集,用内容分析法提取描述互联网群体协作概念的关键词,映射于IPO过程模型的9个方面,得到该概念完整的特征描述,总结出较为全面的定义。通过与14个相近概念进行比较,明确概念之间的特征,典型案例被映射于过程模型以突出概念的特性和包容性。基于互联网群体协作的新特点进行了理论展望。
