摘要：

肠粘连是腹部手术术后的常见并发症,不仅给患者带来不便,严重时还会导致肠梗阻、慢性腹痛等。目前,对肠粘连的形成机制尚无明确的认识,一般认为过度损伤和炎性反应导致组织的异常修复和愈合。临床上预防肠粘连的方法较多,可大致分为一般手术操作、屏障及药物治疗。该文就肠粘连的定义、流行病学与相关后果、肠粘连的机制及预防等方面进行综述。
