摘要：

阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是以进行性认知功能障碍和行为损害为特点的中枢神经系统退行性病变。临床上表现为记忆障碍、失认、计算力损害、人格和行为改变等。AD患者的认知功能衰退是不可逆的,因此,早期发现和早期干预以延缓疾病的进展尤为关键。认知评估量表在AD筛查中尤为重要,如画钟测验(clock-drawing test,CDT)、阿尔茨海默病评估量表(ADAS)、简易智力状态检测量表(MMSE)、智能筛查测验(CASI)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MOCA)、记忆与执行筛查量表(MES)、多维心理认知能力评估。本文就几种认知评估量表在AD筛查中的应用作一综述。
