轻度认知功能障碍的记忆监测

摘要：

目的探讨轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)患者记忆监测的改变,了解MCI患者记忆监测的损害特征。方法以情景记忆(EM)和语义记忆(SM)的知道感判断(FOK)为记忆监测的任务,分别测试30例MCI患者及30名年龄及教育程度相匹配的健康老年人。结果与健康对照组比较,MCI组患者的EM损害显著(13.7±2.8,P<0.01),而SM保留(5.4±1.4,P>0.05);EM记忆监测损害显著(P<0.01),而SM记忆监测保留(P>0.05)。结论 MCI患者记忆监测障碍可能是其记忆障碍的基础,EM与SM记忆监测可能依赖于不同的神经机制,EM的记忆监测障碍也可能有利于MCI的早期诊断。
