摘要：

缺血/再灌注损伤是临床常见的一种病理生理过程。缺血后处理是长时间缺血后,于再灌注前短时间内进行反复短暂的再灌和停灌,可明显减轻缺血组织和器官的再灌注损伤。药物后处理指在长时间缺血后,于再灌注前或再灌注开始的几分钟内用药,通过药物干预来减轻器官的再灌注损伤。其保护作用机制与缺血预处理、缺血后处理相似,但药物后处理更具有临床应用价值,为器官再灌注损伤的治疗提供了新策略。
