摘要：

文章以社会资本理论为基础,依托企业孵化器获取在孵企业的样本数据,对在孵企业的社会资本、在孵企业的知识获取和其创业绩效之间的关系进行了系统地考察和实证研究。发现在孵企业社会资本的结构维度、关系维度和认知维度对知识获取都产生了积极影响,而知识获取与在孵企业的创业绩效也存在着显著的正相关关系。
