摘要：

近年来右心功能的重要性得到越来越多的关注,右心功能的分析对疾病预后评估有重要价值。超声心动图已广泛应用于评估心脏功能及结构,目前有多项超声新技术已逐渐用于右心功能的临床研究,如组织多普勒成像、斑点追踪技术、实时三维超声心动图等,现就近年超声心动图在右心功能评价方面的应用及研究进展做一回顾。
