<正> 心理学对动机问题的研究有4大思路,一是从生物学角度进行研究,探讨动机的遗传、神经和内分泌基础,如关于饥、渴、性、睡眠等现象的研究多从其生理机制着手;二是从学习角度进行研究,如从条件反射和社会模仿的角度探讨动机与学习的相互关系;三是从认知角度进行研究,如从人的主观期待、对诱因价值的评价以及对成败的认知着手探讨动机;四是综合性研究.即博
