摘要：

跨国公司雇佣东道国的劳动力,会直接影响东道国的工资;使用母国的中间产品,会间接影响母国的工资。本文构建了一个垂直FDI理论模型,模型的推导及数值模拟结果表明,垂直FDI更容易发生在劳动成本差异大、运输成本低的国家之间。垂直FDI的增加是否会扩大母国与东道国的工资差距,取决于两国的劳动供给弹性、中间产品生产的规模经济以及中间产品投入的比重。中国利用FDI的事实,为本文模型的一些结论和命题提供了证据。
