摘要：

现已证实一般口腔科或诊所使用的市政供水系统供给的自来水 ,在连接到治疗椅前即已处于被细菌污染的状态 ,在这一系统中可发现有多种条件需氧致病菌 ,并可形成生物膜粘附在牙科供水管道内腔壁上 ,这种生物膜在牙科供水系统中扮演着重复污染的角色 ,并阻碍化学消毒剂发挥作用。针对细菌污染 ,国外牙科行业已采取了一系列的措施 ,其中包括放弃直接使用市政供水系统而采用独立的供水系统 ,定期清洗和净化供水管道 ,使用置于管道内的过滤器 ,以及使用次氯酸钠或其他消毒试剂来控制口腔科供水管道中的细菌数量
