<正>疼痛是一种不愉快的主观上的感受和情感上的体验[1]。疼痛影响患者术后恢复,降低患者生活质量,调查显示,疼痛是住院患者需要解决的最重要的问题之一。经皮神经电刺激(transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation,TENS)镇痛起源于中国传统的针灸,但其镇痛作用强于针灸;与电针相比,TENS对患者无创,而两者作用效果相同,故临
