无嘌呤无嘧啶位点/氧化还原因子-1在缺血神经元DNA损伤中的修复作用

摘要
神经元缺血后 ,损伤因素可使其发生程序性细胞死亡 ,此过程的起始阶段会出现包括碱基缺失、碱基改变和DNA链断裂在内的基因损伤。而无嘌呤无嘧啶位点 /氧化还原因子 1则可能针对此过程进行基因修复。此外 ,它还可能参与调节调控激活物蛋白 1家族成员 ,通过其所发挥的转录因子作用间接地影响神经元DNA修复。
