<正>根据国际尿控协会(International Continence Society,ICS)对膀胱过度活动症(overactive bladder,OAB)的定义为:一组以尿急症状为特征的综合征,尿动力学表现为逼尿肌过度活动或其他尿道-膀胱功能障碍,常伴尿频和夜尿症状,可伴或不伴急迫性尿失禁(urge urinary incontinence,UUI)。对OAB的诊断,需首先排除尿路感染等可能引起膀胱刺激症状的局部原发病变[1]。过去有关OAB的表述较为混乱,曾被称为女性尿道综合征、
