摘要
顾客承诺是维系顾客的根本性心理纽带。文章介绍了顾客承诺产生的理论背景,从本质、维度、前因和后果四个方面回顾了西方顾客承诺研究的概貌。针对现有研究的问题和不足,提出了未来研究建议。
