手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形的治疗分析

摘要：

<正>手由于暴露在外,经常需从事劳动,是人体最容易出现烧伤的部位,同时也是烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形的高发部位之一[1]。2003年6月2013年12月,笔者科室共收治125例手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形患者,给予畸形矫正后疗效满意,现报道如下。1资料和方法1.1一般资料:本组125例,共184只手,其中男78例,女47例,年龄1～77岁,平均（30.42±12.67）岁。烧伤时年龄在12岁以下者28例,入院时间为烧伤后
