信息技术是当前世界经济长期运行的基础创新技术吗?

摘要：

针对当前世界经济运行的长周期的主导技术、运行阶段等都存在不同的看法。我们根据熊彼特与杜因的长波理论梳理出基础创新技术认定及判断运行阶段的两个根本性依据,并据此利用1990—2010年间主要发达国家的数据进行实证检验,结果表明,当前世界经济长波运行的基础创新技术为信息技术,世界经济已然进入由信息技术推动的第五次长期波动中,且该次长周期运行仍处于上升期。
