摘要
消费体验是近年来营销领域的研究热点之一。本文通过对国外相关文献的梳理,述评了消费体验研究的最新进展——社会网络环境下的体验价值共创研究。本文厘清了社会网络、服务占优、价值共创与消费体验之间的逻辑关系,提出了基于以上四者的研究架构,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。
