摘要
西方近些年来兴起的竞合理论研究,对于我国经济转型时期企业间建立有效的合作关系具有重要的借鉴意义。本文在梳理西方竞合理论研究文献的基础上,总结了组织间竞合的内涵,探讨了竞合的测量问题,并从竞合的前因变量、互动和演化、结果变量和类型等方面对现有竞合理论研究进行了述评,最后对竞合理论的未来研究进行了展望。
