知识溢出条件下组织内个体知识生产活动的知识投入研究

摘要
运用行为经济学和博弈论方法建立了知识溢出条件下的知识生产模型并分析了组织内个体进行知识生产活动时的知识投入问题,通过研究发现:在知识溢出水平一定情况下,从自身综合成本最小化考虑,个体往往会倾向于从其他个体的自主创造知识中获益,而将主要精力用于从其他个体处寻求知识;组织内知识存量大的个体在进行知识生产活动时,倾向于自主创造知识,而知识存量小的个体倾向于从外界寻求知识;位于组织中心位置和结构洞桥位置等重要位置的个体在进行知识生产活动时,倾向于自主创造知识,而其他普通位置的个体倾向于从外界寻求知识。
