经颅磁刺激辅助治疗精神分裂症的临床研究进展

摘要：

<正>20世纪60年代初,经颅磁刺激(transcranial magneticstimulation,TMS)开始应用于精神科领域,这是一种非侵入性治疗方法,无痛,无明显不良反应。20世纪80年代中期发展为重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magneticstimulation,rTMS),即在一定频率下给予相同密度的刺激串,初期许多研究用于治疗抑郁症,近些年来对精神分裂症的治疗备受关注。数年的临床研究显示,rTMS可以辅助治疗精神分裂症。我们就近些年来rTMS辅助治疗精神分裂症的阳性症状、阴性症状、认知症状的研究加以综述。
