<正>瘢痕防治一直是现代医学的难题,增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩不仅影响美观,甚至导致功能障碍,严重影响患者的身心健康。国内开展瘢痕治疗较为滞后,20世纪90年代以前以手术和物理治疗为主,之后借鉴国外的综合治疗方式并取得一定成效,但仍然缺乏统一和规范。本文旨在介绍瘢痕防治的临床方案及国际推荐的防治策略。
