The information is an important concept nowadays. Modern logic focuses on the studies of the carry and current of information. The concept of information current comes from the "constrain" ideas in Situation Semantics. Based on the site, channel and network of information, Logic of Information current LIC describes the deductive modes concerning the information current. By means of LIC, The paper tries to interpret Zhou Li-quan's diagram of pragmatic intercommunication and presents the direction of the further studies.
