<正>阿尔茨海默病(alzheimer disease,AD)是一种常见的老年慢性进行性精神衰退疾病,起病隐匿。早期以轻微的认知功能障碍及短暂的时间和空间记忆缺失为主要表现,随后逐渐发展成为以人格、情感、行为改变为主的全面性智能衰退,给患者及其家庭带来极大的痛苦和负担。瘦素与AD的关系是近年来研究的热点,本文对二者关系的最新研究进展综述如下。
