血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2和超敏C-反应蛋白水平与大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死关系的临床研究

摘要
目的探讨脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的关系。方法选取33例大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者为病例组,同时选择年龄性别相匹配的健康体检者30例为对照组;酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清Lp-PLA2,采用全自动生化仪测定血清hs-CRP水平,常规生化法检测血脂指标、尿酸(UA)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)。结果大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死组Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP、LDL-C、TC、TG、UA、FIB水平、高血压发生率较对照组增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Lp-PLA2与HDL-C呈负相关(r=-0.104,P=0.027),与TC、LDL-C、脂蛋白(a)呈正相关(r=0.162,P=0.024;r=0.083,P=0.015;r=0.412,P=0.017)。结论血清Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP参与大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的病理生理过程。
