摘要：

<正>胃食管反流病(GERD)是常见的消化系统疾病,其发病率有逐渐增高的趋势[1]。2006年和2007年我国发布了GERD的诊治指南[2-3],对指导GERD的临床诊治发挥了重要作用。近年在GERD的临床实践和研究中,国内外学者针对本领域的热点问题,如难治性GERD、质子泵抑制剂(PPI)与抗血小板药物的相互作用等进行了相应的临床研究,并获取了有重要参考价值的数据。因此,有必要根据最
