<正>爆发性疼痛（Breakthrough Pain）由Portenoy RK和HagenNA[1]于1990年提出并定义为,接受阿片药物治疗持续疼痛的癌症患者中出现的短暂加剧的疼痛。爆发性疼痛是癌症患者常见的临床症状之一,有调查[2-4]显示,40.3%89.0%的癌症患者存在爆发性疼痛,且严重影响其生存质量。目前,疼痛管理的主体已由医生转为护士[5],护士管理爆发性疼痛的能力直
