动态能力的研究是当前国外理论界研究的一个热点 ,各领域的研究由于背景差异方法不同导致对动态能力的认识不同。本文对动态能力的四个研究领域进行了述评和比较 ,剖析了它们的研究特点、理论贡献及存在的问题 ,并对动态能力的未来研究提出了展望
