摘要
<正>病原微生物引起的感染性疾病是危害人类健康、导致患者死亡的重要原因之一。然而,目前病原微生物的鉴定主要依赖传统的鉴定方法,不能满足临床快速诊断和及时治疗的需要。病原微生物致病机制及耐药机制尚未完全明了,逐年上升的感染率与耐药率亦提示病原微生物的诊断与治疗正面临着巨大挑战。表面增强激光解吸电离飞
