膝关节本体感觉重建训练对膝骨关节病患者位置觉改变的影响

摘要：

目的 :研究老年性膝骨关节病患者的膝关节本体感觉重建康复训练对位置觉改变的影响。方法 :从本科门诊随机抽取老年性膝骨关节病患者 2 0名 ,分别在康复训练前和康复训练后 2周进行 30°、60°、90°、12 0°等 4个不同角度的位置觉测定 ,观察康复治疗的效果。结果 :康复前和康复后 ,4个角度的位置觉均有明显改善 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :老年性膝骨关节病患者的康复应包含本体感觉重建训练内容
