山奈酚对慢性脑缺血大鼠星型胶质细胞和轴突的影响

摘要
目的:观察山奈酚对慢性脑缺血大鼠胶质纤维酸性蛋白(glialfibrillaryacidicProtein,GFAP)和β淀粉样前体蛋白(β-amyloid Precursor Protein,β-APP)的影响,探讨其对星型胶质细胞和轴突的作用。方法:将大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、山奈酚治疗组,采用双侧颈总动脉结扎建立大鼠慢性脑缺血模型,用免疫组织化学法检测大鼠脑组织GFAP和β-APP的表达。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组GFAP和β-APP阳性表达显著增加(P<0.01),而山奈酚治疗组显著减少GFAP和β-APP的过度表达,较之于模型组有明显的改善(P<0.05)。结论:山奈酚对慢性脑缺血损伤大鼠星型胶质细胞和轴突具有保护作用。
