摘要：

Strengthening protection of network privacy right is of great significance for the development of electronic commerce.At present,protection of network privacy right appears to be specialized and unified in the world.We should pay close attention to its international trends,draws lessons from other countries and international organizations and adopt comprehensive and effective measures to improve protection of network privacy right in China.
