硬木爆破法制浆的研究

实验室研究表明:杨木和桉木用亚钠预浸渍的爆破法制浆与化学药品加用量相同的常规CMP和CTMP相比,纸浆强度性质较好而磨浆单位能牦较低。 半工业规模试验表明:杨木爆破法浆比化学药品用量相同的CMP强度要好,单位能耗低。在大致相同的游离度下,得率85%的漂白杨木爆破法浆的强度性质相当于工业低得率(50%)的漂白硬木浆。
