工作嵌入对员工离职倾向的影响研究

摘要
工作嵌入是对影响员工离职的工作内外因素的综合描述,借助工作嵌入理论,研究了非工作因素对员工离职倾向的影响,数据分析表明工作嵌入与离职倾向负相关,即员工离职时会考虑到非工作因素的影响;同时就工作嵌入对员工离职倾向的影响程度进行了探讨,回归分析表明:相对于工作嵌入,工作满意度可以更好地解释员工离职;最后,根据研究结果提出了降低员工离职倾向的相关建议。
