烧伤患者血清IL-8水平与中性粒细胞的关系

摘要：

10例烧伤患者,按烧伤面积和深度分Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组.各5例.检测伤后8h、1d、3d、1、2、3、4周7个不同时相血清白介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)水平及中性粒细胞数。结果发现:两组患者伤后3d与8h相比,血清IL-8水平呈显著增高(P<0.001);而Ⅱ组血清IL-8水平于伤后2周再达高峰,IL-8水平与烧伤面积和深度有关。此外,烧伤病人伤后中性粒细胞水平升高时.血清IL-8水平却下降,而当中性粒细胞水平下降时,血清IL-8水平却升高,且于伤后第3d呈负相关(γ=-0.67,p<0.05)。
