目的:评价增效安神止颤2号方(ZAZ2)对帕金森病PD运动与非运动症状的疗效。方法:102名帕金森病患者随机、双盲分为ZAZ2组(n=65)与安慰剂组(n=37)。在服药前、服药1周以及服药13周后,分别使用帕金森病统一评分量表(UPDRS)积分、帕金森病次要症状量表以及解析加速度记录仪对两组患者的疗效进行评估和比较。结果:与安慰剂组比较,ZAZ2组UPDRS Part IV积分、非运动症状量表积分以及夜间的平均活动量得到了明显改善,而且其体现身体内在活动能力的幂型自相关指数α也有改善。结论:ZAZ2能够改善PD患者的运动与非运动症状,使患者获益;优化混乱碎片分析方法可作为评估帕金森病临床疗效的敏感、有效手段。
