摘要
N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)受体是兴奋性谷氨酸受体的一种亚型,是学习记忆中的关键物质。在癫痫发作后可观察到NMDA受体的过度激活,引起细胞膜内外离子失衡,激活神经毒性信号转导途径,导致神经元损伤或死亡,从而造成一系列神经元功能的障碍,最终导致认知功能受损。通过对癫痫NMDA受体作用机制的研究,为防治癫痫认知障碍提供了新方向。
