美国癌症联合委员会肝癌分期系统(第8版)更新解读

美国癌症联合委员会(AJCC)第8版癌症分期系统已经出版并将在全球应用。新版AJCC癌症分期系统首次建立了AJCC证据等级量化标准,使得新版内容的更新有了科学客观的参考依据。AJCC第8版肝癌分期系统主要更新了原发肿瘤(T)的定义,增加了肿瘤的组织学分级,对肿瘤的影像学和病理学描述都有了明确的规定,又将评价肝功能的指标和AFP作为肝癌的预后指标。
