锚定+创新街区的创新集聚模式研究

摘要：

Brookings学会的Katz教授2014年首次明确界定了创新街区,这方面的国际研究方兴未艾,本文以世界锚定+创新街区为研究对象,依据2010-2014年美国社区调查数据、2000年美国人口普查数据,对三螺旋模型进行要素空间投影及重构,提出了"创新人才-创新街区-大学交互模式"概念模型,采用肯德尔广场单案例和七个锚定+创新街区多案例对比,重点对该概念模型中的交互关系进行了实证分析。研究表明,人才净流入是创新街区发展的核心驱动力,特别是年轻创新人才如大学(毕业)生是其中的关键核心;创新街区地产类型的多样化有助于满足不同人才群体的需求,区内产业多样化有助于区域创新生态系统构建。因此,创新街区建设过程中应重视创新集聚模式的实现,首先必须有效实施年轻创新人才的管理以及创新的栅格化管理,其次利用人才市场的繁荣引致其他资产市场的繁荣。
