变革领导力研究述评

摘要
回顾变革领导力理论研究的历程,总结前人探索此问题的成果,不仅可以发现其中丰富的智慧,而且可以从总体上把握研究的脉络。变革领导力理论研究的历程昭示:领导者要将变革看作众多主体参与的联合行动;在这样的联合行动中,构建支持变革的信任关系决定变革的成败;并且,领导者应当成为构建这种关系的主动者。
