<正>早在1809年,Rolando就通过动物实验发现,小脑损伤后主要表现为运动障碍,而不损伤其他功能,如感觉和智力。同时,众多生理学和病理生理学的资料均表明,小脑参与运动控制、语音表达、自主运动协调以及维持正常的姿势和步态。关于小脑参与运动控制在神经科学领域早已达成共识。1950年有人提出小脑与边缘系统和自主神经系统有着广泛的神经纤维联系,小脑还可能参与多种高级认知加工过程。
