血尿酸对膝骨关节炎患者WOMAC指数变化的影响研究

摘要：

目的分析血尿酸水平对膝关节骨关节炎患者WOMAC骨关节炎指数的相关性。方法研究入组患者312例,采用多元线性回归分析各因素对WOMAC的影响。结果患者WOMAC评分与尿酸呈负相关,其Pearson相关系数(r)为-0.824 8(P<0.000 1)。性别、BMI和尿酸水平对于WOMAC具有影响,其多元回归方程为WOMAC=-7.811+0.363×(BMI)+0.002×(尿酸)+0.166×(性别)。结论性别、BMI和尿酸是膝关节骨关节炎WOMAC评分的影响因素。
