内源性一氧化氮合酶抑制剂与血管内皮功能

摘要
近年来发现内源性一氧化氮合酶的竞争性抑制剂参与血管内皮功能失调的发生机制 ,其中最主要的是非对称性二甲基精氨酸。因此非对称性二甲基精氨酸可能是心血管疾病的新的危险因素。血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂 1和血脂调节药物都可能通过抑制非对称性二甲基精氨酸而改善血管内皮功能
